Accounts Clerk

Our client is an architectural and interior design firm with over 20 years experience. It provide Professional Commercial Office Design, Builders Work and Project Management. We work across substantial clients including Listed Company, Telecommunication such as Data Center and Financial Firm:

Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts Receivable / Payable
  • Issue Debit notes, Credit notes and Remainders
  • Prepare monthly accounting schedules
  • Provide administrative support to company
  • Provide quality and effective support to the office
  • Support ad hoc assignments
  • Form 5 or above
  • Min 1 years working experience in account is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Less experience / Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Immediate availability preferable
