Duties for Administrative

– Consolidation of applicants, recruitment and screening of new candidates. (part-time promoter)

– Profile deck creation including photos on site.

– Generation of reports.

– Preparation of part-timer payroll.

– Ensure collection made from the client after project completion.

Duties for On-site Event Supervision

– Ensuring Brand Ambassador’s attendance and punctuality on-site.

– Briefing, coaching and monitoring of Brand Ambassadors.

   (May need to stand into promotions as a Brand Ambassador)


– Fresh Graduate or 1 year of relevant working experience,

– Possess good communication, good command of English

– Self-motivated and committed individual with a high level of initiative

– Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task
