Building Services Manager

Our client is engaged in all kinds of construction business in Hong Kong as the main contractor for activities such as Building Construction, Foundation Works, Piling Works, Site Formation Works, Highways and Drainage Construction, Demolition Works, Electrical and Mechanical Installations, Fitting-out and Interior Decoration Works and Maintenance Works etc.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in BS, E&M, or equivalent
  • Member of Hong Kong Institute of Engineer (MHKIE) or equivalent in building services, electrical or mechanical engineering discipline or equivalent;
  • Good technical knowledge in building services matters, computer modelling and passing the selection interview conducted by the Project Manager or his representatives; and
  • At least 5+ years of relevant site experience;
  • Experienced in leading a team of Building Services Engineers
  • Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and is required to carry out a site inspection, site meeting, and site measurement periodically related to the project.
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered for Building Services Engineer
  • Supervise two or more teams of building services engineers and monitor the overall building services process
  • Manage the site quality control and ensure all installations are inspected and recorded properly
  • Arrange installation program, statutory submission, and inspection schedule
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors during the project execution phase and ensure the projects are delivered to the highest technical and safety standards
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams and sub-contractors

less experience will be considered for building services Engineer.
