Customer Services Officer

Our client is dedicated to making Hong Kong trouble-free/unfinished decorations. It’s the leader of the Hong Kong Internet decoration industry, the decoration guy will bring new changes to the traditional decoration and home furnishing fields through the O2O model, continue to create value for users, and lead the development of the industry. Now, they are recruiting one Customer Service Officer to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact and handle a customer inquiry
• Identify inquiries and assign them to sales follow-up
• Build a system to monitor the process of the renovation project
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend actions for sales operations
• Prepare quality reports for management
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• Secondary education level or above
• Min 2-year Sales / Key Account Servicing / Customer Service experience  is preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese
• Fair in English and Mandarin
• Mature, cheerful, excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Organized with strong attention to details
• Good team player with resilience
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Shift duty and outdoor work are required
