E-Commerce Manager

Our Client is a well-known retail company. now They are currently recruiting one E-commerce Manager / Digital Marketing Manager for a high-calibre to join them.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and execute effective and innovative integrated campaign strategies and communication concepts aligned to the target audience, brand values and positioning
• Manage E-Commerce business and different online applications operations including online purchase, redemption, products, logistics, customer service, payment settlements and policies & procedures
• Work with Branding & Buying team and partner with agencies to maintain website content including promotion, product information and pricing
• Partner with agencies to build up brand awareness including but not limited to SEM / SEO, Social Media, display advertising and e-mail
• Closely monitor, analyze and optimize all campaigns to identify opportunities and areas for improvement for the success of eBusiness
• Managing the E-Commerce budget and working with vendors for the best rates of deals
• Support Branding in developing brand websites and other platforms
• Develop guidelines and standards of eBusiness for other regions

Requirements:

• Degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce Management or related disciplines
• Over 5 years of relevant experience, strong in sourcing and managing online platforms
• Experience with E-Commerce including strategy execution, content creation, setting KPIs and tracking results
• Positive thinking, self-driven and with a digital mindset
• Proactive, practical and hands-on approach
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediate Availability and short period are preferred.

5 days work at Central, double pay, Medical and Performance Bonus.
