Event Coordinator

Our client is a UN-recognized world leader in ecological restoration and desertification control. They were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2000, one of the leading green digital finance platforms powered by a safe, reliable, and scala.  Now., they are recruiting one event coordinator to join their expanding company team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling social media channels, and website and monitoring event/ promotion feedback
• Presentable with good communication and multi-tasking skills
• Detail-minded with positive thinking; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient in PC applications; knowledge of web applications, social media marketing, and design tools is an added advantage
• Assist in planning and running special events
• Manage budget and time effectively
• Work with the line manager on specific work allocation and projects
• Experience in organizing community service/ volunteer and campus activities is an added advantage in HK, Domestic and Overseas
• Strong networks in broad media sectors, broad education sectors, NPO sector able to anchor sponsorship from cooperators, government etc..

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Outgoing, proactive, fast-learning, independent and innovative
• Good presentation, communication, and organization skills; resource planning skills and creative thinking are essential;
• Manage promotion strategies and social media for brand and marketing campaigns.
