HR Administrator / Secretary

A leading global property development group manages prestigious shopping malls and office complexes in top locations of Hong Kong and Asia. now, they are recruiting one HR Administrator / Secretary to join their team.


  • Higher Diploma or above in Business, HR, or related disciplines
  • Around 3-4 years of administration experience in supporting HR and C&B functions
  • To perform the full spectrum of C&B functions such as payroll calculation, MPF administration, and taxation matters
  • Assist in the compilation of HR monthly reports and quarterly statistics
  • Assist in the maintenance of records in the HR system
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects assigned
  • Prior exposure to sizable and multinational companies is required
  • Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good communication of spoken & written English, fair in spoken Putonghua
  • Detail-oriented, mature, adaptable, team player with a proactive attitude
  • Immediate availability or short notice will be a great advantage.


  • Assist the HR Manager in administering C&B functions and benefits programs
  • Responsible for benefits administration and preparing regular HR reports
  • Provide assistance to employees’ inquiries regarding related matters
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Strong computer literacy in MS Office and HRIS preferably in IPL
  • Participate in the execution of C&B procedures and preparing HR letters
  • Self-motivated, analytical, well-organized, strong sense of commitment, and ability to work under a tight timeline

5 days work at Kowloon Bay, working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm,

double pay, medical, performance bonus, 12 Annual Leave
