IT Helpdesk Support
Our client is a well-established firm located in Tsim Sha Tsui. they are a young and fast-growing firm with an aim to offer quality services to our clients and provide a clear prospect of career growth to our professional team. Now, they are recruiting one IT Helpdesk support with IT Hardware, Infra, Network & Technical Support experience to join their winning teams, They are seeking self-motivated and dynamic professionals to fill the position in the Firm. The Successful candidates will participate in the continued growth and success of the firm.
- Provide IT technical advice and helpdesk support services (L1, L2 or L3) to users on hardware, software and networking-related issues.
- Handle user inquiries, technical troubleshooting and support.
- Provide support to Windows/Linux servers and VMware infrastructure.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- High Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk Support
- Knowledge in Operating Systems (such as Linux/Windows Server/Unix), Database and network
- Experienced in helpdesk call/call centre is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese

Salary Range (16K – 20K)
