Sales Director (Pharmaceutical/FMCG)

Our client a listed company in Hong Kong, is primarily engaging in research and development, manufacturing and sale of pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare products. Now, they are recruiting one Sales Director with Pharmaceutical/FMCG experience to join their team:

Responsibilities:

• As the Sales Director to formulate and implement strategies to achieve business objectives
• Lead one company sales team to drive high performance of the existing operations, including sales, marketing, business development, etc.
• Manage and coordinate subsidiaries in Hong Kong, China and overseas
• Fully responsible for strategic brand building, product portfolio management, legal compliance, investor relations, team building, etc.
• Develop and sustain effective business and stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

• Degree holder in pharmacy, medicine, life science or related disciplines
• 10 years or above of relevant experience, at least 3 years of experience a Sales Director position(s) in the related of pharmaceutical /FMCG companies
• Strong industry network and regional exposure with a solid track record in driving business results and organizational growth
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
• Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English

5 days work at Central
