Sales Director (Pharmaceutical/FMCG)
Our client a listed company in Hong Kong, is primarily engaging in research and development, manufacturing and sale of pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare products.
- Formulate and implement strategies to achieve business objectives
- Drive high performance of the existing operations, including sales, marketing, business development, etc.
- Manage and coordinate subsidiaries in Hong Kong, China and overseas
- Fully responsible for strategic brand building, product portfolio management, legal compliance, investor relations, team building, etc.
- Develop and sustain effective business and stakeholder relationships
- Degree holder in pharmacy, medicine, life science or related disciplines
- 10 years or above of relevant experience, at least 3 years of experience at similar position(s) in listed pharmaceutical /FMCG companies
- Strong industry network and regional exposure with a solid track record in driving business results and organizational growth
- Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills
- Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
