• Manage major key corporate accounts / develop new business
• Work with senior management in setting sales action plans and strategies
• Source for new and appropriate vendors
• Meeting sales targets and boosting sales
• Project accurate representation of the Company to vendors
• Analyze customer and competition situations, generate action plans to expand market share
• Provide market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activity
• Prepare sales forecast, budget, and analysis reports
• Work closely with internal teams on assigned sales and marketing projects
• Proactive, cheerful, and well-groomed at all times

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business or related field
• Experience in FMCG preferred, ideally experience with infant formula and infant products
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail channel sales and account management
• Proactive, capable of developing & implementing the sales action plans and exploring business opportunities
• Ambitious, result-oriented with strong business sense
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Fluent in Mandarin and English both written and spoken. Korean is a plus
• Hardworking and reliable
• Adaptable and flexible
• Willing to travel
