Senior Merchandiser – Garment Manufacturing

Our company exports high-quality products to renowned fashion brands across the globe, with major markets in the USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia. Now. they are recruiting one Senior Merchandiser with Garment Manufacturing experience to join their merchandising team in Hong Kong.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet production schedules and achieve timely delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling ad hoc tasks as assigned by your immediate superior.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the merchandising team in building and nurturing customer relationships to guarantee their satisfaction.
• Liaise with internal departments, external parties, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of production schedules and timely delivery.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by your immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Higher Diploma in Clothing & Textiles or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in garment trading/manufacturing, preferably in the USA/Europe market.
• Extensive knowledge of sweater garment trading/manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to independently handle interactions with overseas buyers, factories, and suppliers.
• Proficient in communication, coordination, and overall order progress management.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
• Responsible, intelligent, well-organized, and capable of working under pressure.
• Occasional travel to APAC is required.
