Senior Sales Manager (Beauty)

Our Client is in the fitness and beauty industry for more than 40 years. In complete luxury and privacy, members experience quality services including fitness, personal training, facial, slimming, massage, and spa services. For their company expansion, now they are recruiting one Senior Sales Manager to join their beauty sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in company strategic and tactical planning.
• Set up sales budget and direct team to meet/exceed targeted sales.
• Ensure the highest standard of sales service among a team.
• Direct team to build the customer base through excellent performance in enrolment and retention programs
• Develop dynamic sales & promotion strategies.
• Lead one small team on daily performance to meet targeted sales and service goals.
• On-floor training to maximize achievement.
• Formulate attractive and motivating incentive schemes for the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing & operations teams to develop and execute effective business strategies.
• Enhance overall service standards and handle any customer request /feedback.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of sales experience with 3 years in a managerial position in the beauty or fitness industry
• Target-oriented, a true motivator and achiever, with a proven sales management record.
• Strong interpersonal skills and be able to lead a sales team of different levels and backgrounds.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Work at Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway Bay, Mong Kok Area
