UX UI Designer

They are recruiting one UX UI Designer with talented and committed creative professionals to join the growing team.
Job descriptions
- Keep on evolving by keeping an eye on UI/UX and technology trends
- Lead the workshops with clients or stakeholders to understand the design problems and co-create UX UI the solutions
- Achieve desirable solutions through design thinking and methodology such as creating personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user testing, etc.
- Responsible for handling user interface design of mobile apps and websites,
- Operate with developers to meet project and client requirements.
- Translate the abstract concepts into both simple and elegant design
- Create mock-ups for the proposed project pages and update them.
- Maintain and update the web content
- Discover requirements, needs, and insights through immersive user research, UX workshop, user interview, focus group, etc.
- Validate design concepts with stakeholders by creating rapid prototypes
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Interaction / Web Design, Multimedia or in Design strategies/services/interactions or relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in website / mobile apps UI design; or as a User Experience Designer, interaction designer, User Experience Lead
- Knowledge of responsive design and usability best practices (wireframes and prototypes, UX process)
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, iOS & Android app interface is a plus
- Experienced in user research, prototyping, and user testing methodologies
- Proficiency in graphics & web design software such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese are a must
