Our client was established in 1985 as, a professional paper product manufacturing and printing services provider. They offer OEM manufacturing solutions for a wide spectrum of paper products including tabletop games, greeting cards, educational items, and premium packaging to a number of world-renowned customers.  Moving with the times, they have been actively developing our e-commerce business since 2010, offering innovative personalization services for paper products and gift items through various self-developed and self-operated websites. Now, they are recruiting one Marketing Manager (Digital / Online / E-commerce business) to join their company.

Job Description

 What you will be doing:

  • Plan and execute AI-assisted digital and e‑commerce campaigns, using AI tools for audience targeting, bidding optimisation, and creative testing across Google, Meta and marketplaces to grow sales and ROAS.

  • Use generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, Canva AI) to develop campaign ideas, product copy, email flows and social content, and run A/B tests on messages and creatives.

  • Build simple AI-powered automation and dashboards (e.g. reports, alerts, lead scoring, product recommendation rules) to monitor funnel performance and drive data‑driven optimisation for the online store.

  • Apply AI-driven customer segmentation and personalisation (e.g. product recommendations, triggered journeys, dynamic content) to improve conversion rate, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.

  • Evaluate new AI and MarTech tools for e‑commerce (chatbots, recommendation engines, marketing automation, predictive analytics) and lead testing to integrate the best tools into daily operations.

What you need for this position

  • Degree holder in marketing, communication, brand management or related disciplines;
  • 8-10 Years experience in marketing, and brand building capacity, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position; Marketing Manager (Digital / Online / E-commerce business)
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in digital / e‑commerce marketing (for example ads optimisation, content generation, product recommendations or marketing automation) is a strong advantage.

  • Strong data and analytics skills, able to interpret AI-generated insights, experiment results and attribution data to make strategic decisions on budget allocation and channel mix.

  • Good understanding of AI concepts, limitations and data privacy for marketing, especially in the context of customer data, tracking, and personalisation on online store / marketplace platforms.

  • Curious, fast learner, comfortable testing new AI / MarTech tools and leading the team to adopt more automated and AI‑driven workflows.
