Our client is a fast-growing digital and mobile solutions company that leverages AI, web and app technologies to transform how businesses operate and how people live. 🤖📱 They are expanding their Hong Kong team and are now looking for an Assistant Product Manager / Senior Product Executive to drive AI-powered product initiatives and user-centric solutions.​

Role Overview｜職位簡介
As an Assistant Product Manager (AI/Web/App), you will act as the bridge between business users, design and technical teams. 🎯 You will coordinate AI and digital projects from idea to launch, ensuring great user experience, smooth delivery and measurable business impact.

What You Will Do｜工作範圍

• Coordinate AI / IT project milestones between business users and internal teams, ensuring clear timelines, priorities and deliverables. 📅​

• Collect and understand clients’ requirements, translate them into product requirements, and support the team to propose the most appropriate AI / digital solutions. 💡​

• Manage multiple projects and client accounts in a professional, detail-minded and timely manner. 🔄​

• Work closely with UX/UI, project and technical teams to support user journey design, system rollout, testing and deployment. 🧩​

• Handle customer enquiries, provide after‑sales service support and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. 🤝​

• Assist in gathering user feedback, preparing reports and suggesting continuous improvements for AI / digital products. 📊​

• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor to support product and project success.

What We Are Expecting From You｜職位要求

• HD / Associate Degree / Degree holder in Business, IT, Multimedia, Digital Marketing or related disciplines. 🎓​

• 1–3 years’ working experience in IT / digital / SaaS / e‑commerce / customer service / project coordination; experience in AI, web or app projects is a strong advantage. ⭐​

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders at different levels. 🗣️​

• Creative, self‑starter, proactive and willing to learn new AI / digital trends; comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment. 🚀​

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with project or collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Notion) is a plus. 💻​

• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.​
