  • Higher Diploma or above in Business, HR or related disciplines
  • 3-4 years of administration experience in supporting HR and C&B functions
  • Prior exposure in sizable and multinational companies is required
  • Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication of spoken & written English, fair in spoken Putonghua
  • Detail-oriented, mature, adaptable, team player with a proactive attitude
  • Immediate available will be a great advantage


  • Assist the HR Manager in administering C&B functions and benefits programs
  • Responsible for benefits administration and preparing regular HR reports
  • Provide assistance to employees’ enquiries regarding C&B related matters
  • Participate in the execution of C&B procedures and preparing HR letters
