HR Officer

A leading Property management company delivering quality services, stylish interiors and a wide range of amenities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Min 3-5 years or above relevant experience with hospitality background
  • Solid experience in managing all-rounded human resources operations
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance or related regulations
  • People-oriented, energetic, logical thinking with strong communication skills
  • Intelligence, well-organized and able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Good communication of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc

Responsibilities

  • Act as Business Partner to provide full range of HR services including recruitment & selection, staff movement, compensation & benefits, payroll administration and employee relations
  • Provide HR advisory and services to senior executives and line managers on performance management, organizational development etc
  • Participate in HR initiatives and solutions and preparing periodic HR analysis reports
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures
  • Perform ad hoc HR projects and assignments as required
