HR Officer

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Min 3-5 years or above relevant experience with hospitality background
- Solid experience in managing all-rounded human resources operations
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance or related regulations
- People-oriented, energetic, logical thinking with strong communication skills
- Intelligence, well-organized and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Good communication of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
Responsibilities
- Act as Business Partner to provide full range of HR services including recruitment & selection, staff movement, compensation & benefits, payroll administration and employee relations
- Provide HR advisory and services to senior executives and line managers on performance management, organizational development etc
- Participate in HR initiatives and solutions and preparing periodic HR analysis reports
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures
- Perform ad hoc HR projects and assignments as required
