Key Account Service Executive
Our client is an MNC logistics service company. They are looking for candidates with customer service experience in handling premium accounts to join our clients’ companies.
This incumbent will complement Sales to manage key accounts, support orders to cash fulfillment, and handle daily delivery and installation operations. It requires a high volume of cross-functional collaboration and sales analysis to achieve business targets. Also, to assist the Manager with assigned projects and tasks, as a Sales partner to deliver innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with sales team to provide Sales support on key accounts with accountability
- Assist in handling full sets of documents including sales orders, inspection, delivery, installation, and invoicing in daily operation
- Coordinate with supply chain team and service partners to ensure smooth operations of delivery and installation
- Assist sales team with receivable and money collection
- Handle customers inquiries/complaints and answer the hotline with follow-up solutions
- Higher Diploma holder in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operation Management or related discipline with at least 3 years of experience
- Experience in retail operations is a plus, not a must
- Self-motivated, keen on learning and change
- Handle multi-tasks independently
- Able to work as a team with an open mindset
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
