Key Account Service Executive

Our client is a MNC logistics service company. They are looking for candidates with customer service experience in handling premium account to join our clients’ companies.


  • Responsible for handling inbound enquiries from assigned clients
  • Response to clients’ enquiry and service requests in a professional manner.
  • Assist in providing suitable solutions and suggestions for clients
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal parties to sustain high performance standard
  • Maintain and update client’s record into company global system


  • Over 2-5 years customer service experience in size-able companies
  • Strong knowledge in full set shipping documents
  • Previous experience in providing service to Key Account Services is required
  • Strong customer service skills and problem solving skills
  • Good command in Chinese and English
