Now, they are recruiting one Project Coordinator to join their team.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various landscaping projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and timeline. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and coordination skills, along with a strong passion for landscaping and creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate and schedule project activities, ensuring adherence to established timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays. Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Procure necessary materials, equipment, and plants for each project.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of project proposals, bids, and cost estimates.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
• Communicate project updates and progress reports to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with the landscaping team to ensure efficient utilization of resources. Resolve any project-related conflicts or issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in project coordination or management in the landscaping or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and plant species. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
