Receptionist and Administration Assistant

Our client is listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The comprehensive range of pipes, fittings and other related accessories of different materials, applications and brand names in Hong Kong.

Due to business expansion, we are looking for high caliber candidates to apply for the following position:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties at reception area, including greeting and serving visitors;
  • Handling phone calls, in/out mails/fax and couriers arrangement;
  • Handle general administrative duties including office supplies, repair and maintenance, procurement, office renovation, travel arrangement, hotel and ticket booking etc.
  • Responsible for meeting room reservation and manage tidiness of the reception, meeting room and pantry area;
  • Supervise office assistant for daily routines;
  • Assist in organizing company activities and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • F.7 or above with 3 years relevant working experience in reception and administration;
  • Good in computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Mature, proactive and strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Immediate available is an advantage.
