Senior Human Resources Officer

Our client is one of the market leaders in the industry, with over 200 headcounts and 5 treatment centers located in prime areas in HK, such as CWB, TST, and MK. With a view to catching up with the expansion, they are recruiting one Senior Human Resources Officer inviting capable talent to join and lead the HR team.

Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from identifying hiring needs to job posting, interview arrangement, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and implement a recruitment plan to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
• Build up our candidate pool and pipeline in accordance with business needs.
• Maintain accurate hiring records in the system and consolidate regular reports on recruitment statistics.
• Support and lead various recruitment projects including Job fairs, Interns and apprentices programs, etc.
• Explore and manage the external recruitment channels and service providers.
• Handle different kinds of staff issues with the line manager independently.
• Perform ad hoc project and staff functions as assigned by the management.

Job Requirement:

• 6 years relevant experience in Manufacturing, F&B and Retail Industry with mass recruitment experience.
• Degree holder in Human Resources or other related disciplines.
• Detail-minded, strong communication and analytical skills.
• Good at project management
• Possess a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Experience at the supervisory level is an advantage.
• Immediately available or shorter periods are preferred.

5 days work at Sheung Wan, double pay, medical, 12 days  Annual Leave, performance bonus
