Store Manager (Hong Kong Flagship)

Our client creates contemporary lighting, furniture, and accessories with products sold in over 70 markets worldwide including some of the most prestigious stores around the world. Formed in 2002, the brand now has offices in London, New York and Hong Kong. Now, they are recruiting one Store Manager to join their retail business in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities for this Store Manager:

• Day-by-day running of the new store and leading the sales staff
• Manager duties, meet sales goals by training, motivating, and providing feedback to sales staff;
• Ensure a professional customer-focused culture;
• Constant reporting on sales and customer needs;
• Maintain outstanding store conditions aligned with the brand values and international standards;
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures;
• Lead by example with a great attitude and high performance.

Requirements:

• Have a passion for designing products and an ambition to grow with the company;
• Previous work experience in the field of design or luxury products and store management experience is advantageous;
• Proven experience in leading a high-performing in-store team;
• Positive attitude and a spirit of constant improvement;
• Perfect command of English and Cantonese is required. Mandarin is a big advantage.
