Store Manager (Hong Kong Flagship)

Our client creates contemporary lighting, furniture and accessories with products sold into over 70 markets worldwide including some of the most prestigious stores around the world. Formed in 2002, brand now has offices in London, New York and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-by-day running of the new shop and leading of the sales staff;
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivation and providing feedback to sales staff;
  • Ensure a professional customer focused culture;
  • Constant reporting on sales and customer needs;
  • Maintain outstanding store conditions aligned with the brand values and international standards;
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures;
  • Lead by example of great attitude and high performance.

Requirements:

  • Have a passion for design products and an ambition to grow with the company;
  • Previous work experience from field of design or luxury products is advantageous;
  • Proven experience in leading a high performing team;
  • Positive attitude and have a spirit of constant improvement;
  • Perfect command of English and Cantonese required. Mandarin is a big advantage.
